Direct Pay is an automatic payment plan that provides you the convenience of having your recurring charges paid directly by your financial institution or by credit card at no cost to you. Becoming a Direct Pay customer means your recurring charges will be paid automatically according to your contract terms.

Instruction for saving AVI files for the Interface DW iVR/NVR Platforms.
• iVR/NVR AVI Saving Patch (Indeo Codec)
For the Interface iVR/NVR platforms only. Some windows platforms require this codec to save AVI files via the portal. Only the Indeo 3.2 codec is required during the install.
• DW DVR AVI Plugin/Codec
This file contains the VP6 and VP7 video codecs required for viewing AVI files created on a DW DVR or via customer portal. The included README file provides instructions for installation and use.
• iVR/NVR Utilities Installer
For Digital Witness by Interface iVR and NVR V4 platforms only. Use this installer to view videos saved with our proprietary MP4 format.
