We are very aware that this crisis is acutely affecting our retail, restaurant and hospitality customers in profound ways. Please know that here at Interface Security Systems we are a resource to help your organization navigate through these challenging times.
Maintaining the highest levels of availability is critical to our customers. We have put in place contingency plans to ensure that all Interface offices remain open, and our Central Command Center (C3)/SOC/Help Desk operations will continue to operate 24/7. As a critical life safety organization, Interface receives a special designation that classifies our services as essential. Given that designation, Interface is exempt from any potential action where the federal, state or local government would restrict employee travel.

Dealing with travel restrictions
All business travel has been restricted until further notice to prioritize the health and wellness of our employees. We are asking our teams to work with our customers and partners via digital channels whenever possible.
Limiting visitors to Interface sites
We are restricting outside visitors to all Interface offices until further notice.
We will continue to track the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and will do our utmost to respond with appropriate actions, plans and protocols in the weeks to come.
Over the span of our 25-year history as a company, we have always supported one another in times of disaster and need, including during 9/11, numerous hurricanes and severe weather conditions. We will face this challenge together again and come out stronger at the other end.
