Earth City, MO (January 25, 2022) — Interface Security Systems, a leading managed service provider delivering business security, managed network, UCaaS, and business intelligence solutions to distributed enterprises announced the completion of a new financing transaction led by MSD Partners, the private investment firm that manages the capital of Michael Dell and his family.
MSD has been a significant investor in Interface since 2013 and with this recent capital commitment, they have acquired a majority stake in the company and will be funding the company’s plans to continue building on their innovative technology solutions for multi-location enterprises.
Interface made significant strides in 2021 laying a foundation for future growth. Some of the highlights include:
- 37% YoY growth in sales
- 12% increase in Net Promoter Score
- Key new leadership appointments including Chief People Officer and Chief Technology Officer
- Investments in new software technology across the enterprise supporting sales, operations, customer service, customer solutions, product engineering and finance
