At Interface, our organizational ethos revolves around the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are committed to hiring people from diverse backgrounds and varied perspectives, that mirror the communities we engage with. We believe inclusivity is a key ingredient to delivering innovative solutions for our customers.

Diversity is very important to us at Interface, and so is learning more about our employees, and their histories. We celebrate throughout the year with different events- for example in February we celebrated Black History month with education and 2 quizzes. One to recognize the achievement of individuals that have had such an important role in U.S. history, and one to celebrate our employees who have received recognition from their peers. Winners of these trivia con-tests took home some great Interface swag!
