The Telecom Operations Department at Interface is crucial in managing and coordinating telecommunications systems for the organization and its customers. This team ensures seamless operation of voice and wireless services, handles telecom invoice processing, and implements telecom solutions that support both business operations and customer needs.
What We Do
Operations is responsible for managing the onboarding and provisioning of UCaaS (Digital Voice) customers. Led by the Manager, Voice Services, who oversees the onboarding process and serves as the voice solutions expert, the team ensures smooth project implementations including invoice processing of voice services. The Sr. Coordinator, Voice Services focuses on creating and provisioning customer telephone accounts, managing voice service orders, and facilitating seamless transitions for a superior customer experience.
Operations is responsible for coordinating telecommunication systems and managing circuit orders. Led by the Associate Manager, Provisioning, who oversees telecom system coordination, ensure efficient project management, the team also includes the Specialist, Provisioning Engineer, who handles circuit orders, telecom escalations, vendor compliance, and maintains effective communication with customers and internal teams.
Operations team manages telecommunication systems, focusing on telecom vendor invoice processing, payments, reporting, billing discrepancies, IoT sim provisioning, ordering company provided cell phones, telecom inquiries, ordering and upgrading telecom services. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution and troubleshooting.
