What We Do
Our People, Places, and Legal Department is responsible for a wide range of functions that support our organization and our employees. We are committed to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, promoting safe and engaging workspaces, and leading contracts, compliance and legal functions for the organization.

What our Team Does
Our People team manages the end-to-end employee lifecycle for employees including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, engagement and rewards for our employees.
We oversee the management of our physical workspace, ensuring we promote a positive and engaging work experience that is safe, functional, and conducive to our employee’s productivity.
Our legal team provides leadership and guidance across the organization including contracts, compliance, and risk management.

- Talent Acquisition: Our team is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business across all departments, and ensure we have the best talent at all levels of the organization to win as a collective team.
- Learning: We focus on developing and delivering training programs to improve our employees' skills through delivery of leadership development, onboarding programs, functional training and fostering an overall culture of continuous learning within Interface.
- Talent Development: Our team focuses on leading the organization's goals and performance review cycles, ongoing performance management, stewards of our organizational structures, and facilitators of our career development cycle for our Interface employees to thrive over the course of their career.
- Culture: We focus on leading employee engagement, company communications, employee recognition programs and surveys, and a strong focus on diversity, equity and inclusion to create a culture across Interface where everyone belongs and is recognized for their contributions to the growth of our business.
- Total Rewards: We manage and administer all employee compensation and reward programs, employee benefits, and our holistic focus on wellbeing across financial, emotional, social and physical wellbeing of our employees.
- People Operations: Our team facilitates key people operations processes includes people systems, payroll operations, employee relations and investigations, employee safety, and risk management.
