They craft compelling messaging, manage digital and traditional marketing efforts, and ensure that Interface’s value is communicated effectively across all channels to support business growth and strengthen market presence.
The Business Development Team drives demand generation through securing meeting with key security and IT decision makers and strategic alliance partners. They identify new opportunities, foster relationships, and collaborate closely with the sales team to generate leads and secure new business. Their work is essential in expanding Interface’s reach and positioning the company for long-term growth.
The Customer Onboarding & Governance Team ensures a seamless onboarding experience for new customers, while also creating business critical and customer reporting. They are responsible for driving visibility across key functional departments, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency, all while enhancing the overall customer experience and supporting company growth.
