Operating 24/7, we are committed to protecting our clients’ properties and personnel with the highest level of care and vigilance.

What our Team Does​

Team members within our Interactive Security Operation Center (iSOC) remotely respond to life safety alarm signals and emergency security requests, ensuring swift and accurate action. They diligently monitor alarms, contact customers, and dispatch emergency services—such as police, fire, or medical personnel. This team is crucial in maintaining the safety and security of our customers’ properties and personnel by utilizing state-of-the-art technology, with live audio and video verification. Operating 24/7, they ensure our customers are protected at all times, day or night.

The Account Administration team handles the maintenance of customer accounts, including tasks such as operational audits, account maintenance, permit management, and false alarm management. They ensure all accounts are accurately managed and maintained, providing essential support for the seamless operation of the iSOC​.
