What We Do
Our skilled Field Technicians work directly with customers to resolve issues and ensure complete satisfaction. They are supported by the Service Dispatch team, who coordinates service calls and manages technician schedules, along with the Centralized Scheduling team, ensuring seamless, timely installations.
What Our Team Does
Our Field Technicians are the face of our company in the field, providing installation and repair services for a range of systems, including security alarms, fire alarms, video surveillance, access control, and network solutions. They work hands-on with customers to solve service issues efficiently, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our technicians also train end-users on system operations and support customers in understanding and using the technology they depend on every day.
The Service Dispatch team is responsible for coordinating and dispatching service calls for our customers. They ensure that our field technicians are deployed effectively, manage technician schedules, and serve as the critical link between the customer, the field team, and internal departments. Their role is vital in maintaining our service excellence and supporting both our customers and technicians with smooth operational management.
Our Centralized Scheduling team plays a crucial role in ensuring our installations are planned and executed flawlessly. They coordinate with our business partners and field technicians to allocate resources, manage schedules, and handle logistics. This team ensures that all installations are completed on time, meeting both customers expectations and company standards for quality and efficiency.
