The department is composed of several teams, including National Sales, Regional Sales, Strategic Account Management, and Sales Enablement, and ensures Interface provides top-notch services to customers across various sectors.
What We Do
The National Sales Team builds relationships with major retail and restaurant brands through a consultative approach, offering customized solutions. The Regional Sales Team focuses on local businesses, delivering security services within a 100-mile radius of branch offices. The Strategic Account Management Team nurtures relationships with high-revenue clients, acting as their voice within the organization. The Sales Enablement Team ensures the sales teams have the tools, training, and resources to maximize productivity and revenue.
Revenue Department Teams
The Enterprise and Franchise Sales Teams forge new relationships with the largest and most exciting retail and restaurant brands in the United States. Equipped with a powerful tech stack, our team seeks to identify opportunities where Interface can create lasting value. Through a consultative sales process, Interface’s Enterprise and Franchise teams work alongside prospects and customers to identify customer needs and pair them with Interface’s best-in-class products and services.
The Regional Sales Team provides complex security solutions to commercial businesses in the Interface Systems regional footprint, generally within a 100-mile radius of our many branch offices. This includes prospecting system design proposals to prospects/customers and ongoing customer service/support. The Regional Team specializes in innovative non-traditional security solutions and services that set Interface apart from our competitors.
The Strategic Account Manager is the dedicated resource and partnership manager for an assigned group of Interface’s strategic highest revenue national customers. SAMs strive to cultivate deep and wide relationships and drive win/win outcomes. In this mission critical role, the Strategic Account Manager acts as the voice of the customer and works cross-functionally to implement customer success and sales strategies around satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
Sales enablement is essential to the success of the sales organization by equipping sales teams with the necessary resources, training, and support. It enhances sales productivity by allowing reps to focus more on selling rather than administrative tasks while also ensuring they effectively utilize tools such as CRM systems and analytics platforms. This strategic function not only drives higher sales performance and accelerates revenue growth but also plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction through accurate and timely sales order processing. Ultimately, sales enablement bridges the gap between marketing and sales leading to increased effectiveness and business growth.
